We provide several loan options through our partners, allowing you to choose a plan that suits your needs. These include:
Same As Cash ($1,000 – $75,000): When you take out this loan, interest will start accruing. However, for 9 months, you will have no required monthly payments and no interest*. If you pay back the loan within these 9 months, all interest accrued will be waived, and you can treat the loan the same as cash!
Low Monthly Payment 5-Year Loan ($3,500 – $75,000): You can enjoy a low monthly payment at a 9.99% interest rate*, paying back the amount over the course of five years.
Low Monthly Payment 12-Year Loan ($10,000 – $75,000): We know some bigger projects may need extra time to pay off. With this option, you can enjoy a low monthly payment at a 9.99% interest rate*, paying back the amount over the course of twelve years.
* The monthly payment calculations provided here are estimates only. Regions Bank will determine the exact loan payment amount after loan approval. The accuracy of these calculations is not guaranteed, nor is its applicability to your individual circumstances. For some loan types, the monthly payment may change depending upon when funds are disbursed to your contractor, among other factors.
